  We offer legal consultations starting at $120/hour plus taxes. We also have fixed rates for certain services such as locating your spouse and serving (sending) procedures.

            We also have joint divorce kits that you can fill out with all necessary forms        available in electronic format (Microsoft Word and Adode PDF included).

            Each kit contains:

- an application for divorce;
- a draft agreement;
- detailed affidavits for each spouse;
- attestation of births;
- endos for each document mentioned above, and;
- sample endos for the exhibits;
- Schedule I: Child Support Determination Form;
- Sworn Declarations under article 827.5 of the Civil Code of Procedure.

            If you are familiar with drafting and have the necessary time to read all the documentation, this option is very cost effective.
